I cant change my family settings on xbox 360!!!!!!?

Question

i created a childs account on accident and then i changed it to a parents account. but for some reason, i can not change the family settings on the new account. when i try to access the family settings, it says that i need a childs account to access settings, and that i need to create one. when i create one, i still cant access settings. i called x box support and they dont know what i wrong. anyone out there can help me?

dunno, i suggest you delete all your gamertags/profiles and restart again

xbox sucks just get a ps3 the graphics are better and online is free
