I cant charge my camera!!

Question

ok so i have the olympus stylus 840. when i try to charge it i put the battery in the charger and the red light will go on for like 3 seconds and then go off. It dosnt turn green or anything like its supposed to! Ive only had this camera for a couple months and its done it a couple of times! ive tried everthing. i dont know what to do! please help! thanks! and im going to a concert tomorrow and i NEED this camera charged!

The camera is under warranty ... just call Olympus help line [phone] ... they will help

Take it back to camera shop/store and ask for their help. It maybe the battery or the charger that is faulty!

I have a Nikon Coolpix, and my battery charger thing broke the first time I used it. Ididn't feel like buying a new one, so I just tried regular AA batteries and they worked! They don't last as long as the original camera batteries, but they work fine for me. Give it a shot!

Probably the battery is no good or the camera is bad. Also if you really badly need to take pictures, I would go to walmart and get the 100$ kodak C613 if you really really needed to take pictures. I would see if the warrenty is still good

warranty is still good, you have it for just a couple of months so, go to the warranty agent and get it fixed. If it's just the battery, probably they can give you a one to one exchange for a new bat
