I cant choose a background on my Computer anymore?? Please Help!?

I just got a virus on my computer and I think i deleted it. When I exited the thing the background on my computer was just blue. I tried to change it by right clicking and pressing properties, but the only tabs that were their were Theme, appearance, and setting. I don't know what to do?! Please Help

Have you turned off your computer and then turn it back on? You can go to the control panel and see if you can change your appearance that way - or go to the system tools and restore your computer to an earlier date- hope I helped-
