I cant connect to the internet through my router?

i have a linksys wrt110 wireless router and for some reason it wont let me connect to the internet using wireless or wired connections. my modem is working fine because i can connect to the internet directly from the modem. i tried to plus in my old router, linksys befsr41 and i get the same problem. it says "limited or no connection" and it wont let me connect to teh internet. i tried installing firmware for it and it wont let me connect to the router. can anyone help me with this? thanks in advance

  1. Is your card configured to work with the router?

    Is the router properly connected to the ISP line?
