I really want to do something BIG but not too exspinsive and I dont want a lot of people 10 at most this is supposed to be a big day because you are turning into a teen. PLEASE help me because it would mean a lot THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : D

go to a dry night club (night club for ages 13-16) party come home and celebrate with friends then have a slumber party! hope you have a great 13th b-day
