I cant do a rainbow is soccer?

i started abt few days ago.. ive been looking at videos at youtube and i try to do it but the ball keeps going back word and i get it kinda hight but goes backword and i try to lean but still

come on man, you have been trying for only a few days. it is just normal that you can't do it yet. just keep practicing, and try do do the move in slow motion first cuz you won't be able to do it fast at the beginning.

lean frontward, not backward.

roll up the ball on your left foot using your right foot

and then lift your left foot up.

it takes alot of practice to perform one so just keep at it....the key is the placement of your back foot and making sure that when you bring it up behind you that it goes stright up and down not at an angle.
