I cant do pull ups and i have more upper strength than people that can do them how can i do them?

  1. me2.I can do 45lb dumbbell shoulder press but i cant do pull up.I think because our lats arent strong enough to pull our body weight up.


  2. because pull ups are d**n hard. start off with inverted rows on a smith machine and as u get stronger increase the angle.

    You cud also rest your feet on a bench as u pull up

  3. do them at the start of your routine when your muscles have the most energy

  4. just gotta work at it, push yourself

  5. Doing pull ups use your triceps, chest and shoulder muscles, work on those areas and just keep doing them routinely even if its only 1 or 2 at a time. You'll get use to it and work your way up.
