I cant download my pic onto my computer. my cam is DV55 sony serial #50103826?

i lost the cd to download the driver, so how do i get the driver for my cam. DV55 sony Digital camera serial number 50103826.

I'm assuming you mean something doesnt pop up for you to copy the pictures onto your computer??  Plug your camera into your computer. If you have a PC, go to My Computer, and then there should be another folder (like for the C drive and D drive) representing your camera.  Double click on that, and keep on going through the folder till you locate the pictures from your camera.  (Usually mine are in a folder called DCIM or something like that.) Keep trying, I promise you'll come across them.

Just a temporary fix until you get your 'Plug and Play' working again!
