I can't download the software

Question

I can't download the software that comes with lg lightscribe cd/dvcd burner. It keeps saying theres another version installed that I have to delete but I can't find it to delete it....and the burner will not work without it.....not on my pc....maybe others.....ive looked throughout my add/remove programs and it's not listed....i'm ready to wreck ****.
