I cant download windows media player 11????

hii... i wanted to download windows media player 11...

i was downloading it from microsofts website .... but in between the installation said my windows is not genuine!!!

can i make my windows genuine anyhow??

if not then where can i downlaod windows media player 11 without this validation problem(genuine window problem) ???

install internet explorer 7 and then install media player 11..
