  1. Hi I am the same especially with tap water, have you tired water in a bottle like volvic, I think this is the only water that taste really smooth not like water at all, I only ever get this make when I am onto drinking water as all the rest is awful.

You dont really need to just stick to normal water there are flavoured ones out there, even volvic to flavours, or add a little lemon or cordial to tap water to give it some taste.

You wil get used to drinking it but it can taste horrid at first.

  2. Cant you just put some flavouring into the water? Like vinmto, orange, ribena?

You can even get VOLVIC flavoured water, like lemon and lime and strawberry. Its just volvic water with a hint of fruit.

Its still water, but just a bit tastier

    x

  3. omg,, its just water,, it doesn't even taste like anything!!

but you could try flavoured water or sparkling water,, that's really nice

  4. I know this may sound stupid but I had the same problem I have found though that depending on where you live depends on what the water tatse like for instance Sheffield and Devon water is absaloutly disgusting and Gloucestershire water is not that bad but Im on a diet and Ive been told drink loads of water but like you cant drink it but I have found that drinking it through a straw or out of a water bottle (with the cap type thing on the end that you suck on)  its goes down alot easier!

  5. I would suggest buying those little Crystal Light packets that you can pour into a bottle of water. They taste pretty good and are still giving you the water you need.

  6. go to a doctor or skin clinic and ask them what lotion or product to use to get rid of acne

  7. I would drink iced green tea.  You are still getting all of that water plus you are incorporating a healthy tea.

  8. put some diluting orange in the water.

  9. just get some really good product instead

  10. Try sipping it like you would a hot or alcoholic drink.  By gulping it or taking whole mouthfuls you're not helping yourself to learn to like it.  Have a glass beside you (even when you're not thirsty) and take sips from it every now and then.  You'll be surprised at how much you can drink without realising and before you know it, you can drink loads at once.

I did this with black coffee (which I couldn't stand) and it worked for me.  Just give it a go and try telling yourself you like it!

Perhaps drinking a lot of water hasn't been proven to help with spots, but it can't hurt :)

  11. To be perfectly honest with you, no clinical study has proven water helps acne at all. If your acne is an issue, then speak with your GP regarding management, which may be antibiotics and a topical preparation

You do need to drink water though, about 2.5litres daily (any more or this is useless to the body which will just eliminate it) Try putting a water flavouring in the water, see if that helps. Being hydrated will make your skin appearance better, your face won't be sullen etc, but it won't cure acne!

  12. It doesnt have to be just plain water, you could drink orange squash, or Robinsons or something.

  13. Use sugar free squash,it will be just as effective.

  14. Man up, it's just water

  15. add a tiny bit of juice in it. that will give it flavour and hopefully you will be able to drink it. good luck x

  16. if you cant stand water, maybe mix it with something else?

    like, squash?

put a little squash in so it tastes different and voila !

there are different ways to get better skin aswell.

i used to have quite bad skin, so for me i made sure i always go all my make up off and went to my doctor and he put me on some tablets..

    oxyteracyline tablets.

there really good, i recommend them :)

    good luck anyway :) x

  17. start off with some flavoured water, then try fizzy water. gradually weaken the fizzy water with tap water untill it's almost plain, y=yoiu should get used to it then. don't worry hunni, my friend is the same, she hates water!

  18. Maybe you could add a bit of cordial, just enough to make it taste nicer. Or maybe try getting a Britta water filter, they are not too expensive. It may be that you like in a hard water area. My sister used to live in London and the water was really chalky!

  19. Buy some squash, you know orange, lemon or blackcurrant flavour whatever you like and dilute it 1/6 squash to 5/6 water or thereabouts. I don't like plain water either so I always drink squash instead. Its still basically water.

Don't go with carbonated flavoured water as drinking too much carbonated fizzy drinks can leach calcium from your body.

  20. try flavoured water! or add a little diluting juice! ur still drinking the water you need then!

  21. you do get used to it if you keep on trying.

I hate water too, it makes me gag and I feel sick after drinking just afew mouthfulls, but I know if I dont drink water, I wont drink anything at all, I will get early wrinkles and feel lathatgic.

Try mixing in half water, half pure fruit juice or adding sugar free squash, its not the same as pure water, but its better then nothing at all and it will help.

Robinsons do a good suga free cordial, also try fizzy water, and a slice of lemon and ice and drink through a straw, its not good to drink fizzy water but again, its better then nothing.

  22. Don't be so ridiculous.

  23. I hate water too.. so i squeeze some lemons and put sugar with it, and I drink a lot of ice tea. and they dont have to be 8! you can drink a little less because the food contains water too. try drinking juices and

eating fruits that has much of liquid

  24. Try adding Crystal Light into your water. It adds flavor to your water, and you might drink more of it.

I know how you feel, I didn't drink it either until I tried the above. If you don't like that, try flavored sparkling water.  That could be the place to start.

    Try it.

  25. I Can't Drink Water Without Feeling Sick Afterwards, But If You Get Some Diluting Juice, Robinsons Squash Or Something, You Can Still Get All The Water You Need Without Drinking It Straight (: xo

  26. Add some pure fruit juice - not that toxic stuff with all the additives in - and gradually add less and less.

Mint tea is good, so is nettle tea - you can put in a very tiny bit of honey, but again wean yourself off slowly.

And try the different sorts of bottled water. Start off with fizzy.

Different areas taste different. I hate our tap water at home, but quite like it at my mum-in-law's.

  27. try drinking it with touch of honey and lemon/ lime. Totally different in flavour and still good for you. Or you can add hot water to fresh peppermint leaves, still healthy.

  28. try adding water to diluting juice, or to fresh fruit juice. You CAN drink water, you`re just not used to drinking it.

  29. Oasis :)

Well catus kid seems to like it
