I cant ever sleep... ?!?!? can anyone help me???

ok i cant ever sleep at night. and schools in a week. i have to be ready by 7:00 a.m 4 skool nd i go 2 sleep at 5 or 6 a.m.

wat should i do??

is there any sleepin pills or something i can take...

(low prices plz)

idk any help?

keep in mind dat im only 16.

  2. stay up tonight and dont go to bed and stay up til like 9 pm and then go to bed because u will be really tired and eventually turn your sleep schedule around

I've always had the same problem; my mind is just too active at night.  Try melatonin.  This is a natural supplement used as a sleep aid.  Its the same chemical your body produces to make you tired.  Unlike regular sleeping pills its considered safe and non addictive and for me it works every time.

    You can probably find it at any grocery store.  Just take it 1/2 hour to an hour before going to bed.  Supposedly it is good for readjusting your sleep cycle too.

  4. 16!!!!! You are still growing you need more than a hour or 2 to sleep skip the pills and go to sleep earlier!!!!

  5. First of all you're going to have to go to sleep ALOT ealier than that. You are going to need more than an hour of sleep to keep you going all day. Try to set a routine now by going to bed at like 11 or 12 and getting up at 7. Also, only use your bed for sleeping so your mind connects it with sleep. Try deep breathing or yoga before bed and clear your mind to calm you down
