every night i go to bed at 12:00 am but i don't fall asleep until about 6 in the morning and even if i do fall asleep early i wake up in like a hour and then i have the same problem, i do not smoke,drink,do drugs, don't drink any coffee no chocolate and i eat for the last time no later then 9:00 pm.
what can i do to fall asleep? i also take no naps during the day.
