  1. how old is it? bearded dragons only lie between 5 and 8 years so if it is much older than that then it may be old age and might not last much longer, sorry

  2. Beardies tend to live to an average of ten years with proper care and nutrition.

It would make it easier for us to assist you if you provided more information, such as how old the anmial is; how its habitat is set up; does it have correct lighting and heating; and what you have been feeding it, and how.

Below, I have posted a few links you might want to check out.  Since you have already taken the animal to a vet; I don't have many other suggestions for you.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help at this time.

  3. Stretch, my bearded dragon at 2 years old was injured.  How?  My 8 year-old wouldn't fess up.  Anyway the little thing didn't eat or drink.  We brought it to the vet and he gave her a shot and cream for the cut.  We then proceed to mash up gut-loaded crickets and syringe feed Stretchy until she was strong enough to eat on her own.  2 years later, she's triple her size and gorgeous.

If your dragon is old, like the other guy said, it just might be time.  Your vet should have told you that.  If she's not, try the hand feeding to keep her well nourished.  And make sure she's got her UV-B lights and warmers on.  Good luck!!!
