This is embarrasing... I was on the premuim chat last night with mbase213, and didn't yet solve the problem. I got the email from fixya saying I can continue when I log back in, but there is no option I can see. how do I get customer support, or can 1 of you guys point me in the right direction? Ther only prob I can figure is I have changed PC (as the 1 i was on was using the router port I need to use for FixYaing...)
