Does he have stripes?  If so he's an orange tabby.  If not, probably just an ordinary domestic cat.  Most cats are so interbred (not inbred, but mixed breeding in the gazillions of years that they've been domesticated) that there are very few actual different breeds.  There are domestic short hairs, domestic longhairs, tabbys, siameses, persians, etc, but not as many as, say, dogs, where there are lots and lots of different breeds.
