I cant figure out what kind of salamander/lizard I have found?

Question

I was mowing my lawn and out of the tall more damp section of my yard came a roughly 3in (including tail) black salamander/lizard with 1 yellow stripe that covered nearly his whole back. I decided to look it up on google/images but i couldnt find a match. If anyone know what the heck this thing is plz respond!

Note: I live In WA, USA around the inner edge of the peninsula (that little dip in the state(( around the east end of the southern tip)))

i think it could be a long-toed salamander they have yelllow on there back and tail and the yellow is in stripes i tink that is it .

let me no if that was the right one .if not bring it to a pet shop and ask them what type itt is .
