I cant figure out what virus i have?

Question

I accidentally downloaded a virus. It wont let me use internet browsers and it wont let me use virus software such as adaware. it shuts my pc off.

Also i noticed when i hit tools when im in a file it doesnt give me options. It just has 3 tihngs...Map network drive, Disconnect network drive and synchronize.

i have a weird thing in my hijack this too that i cant find any info on... its called C:\WINDOWS\system32\mdtjdhhtv.dll",s. weird name. any help would be amazing. thank you!

even i had this virus, it was an adware. kaspersky detected it and bloked it. but it was coming back. my cousin installed something which blocked and deleted it forever.

i think its "CaSIR"

as they,ve said a safe mode reboot. A bit of advise on which spyware to use.. well i use spyware Doctor from Pc Tools. IT has the full range of pc tools aswell. Its award winning and comes highly recommended. Yes, you have to pay for it, yes there are free spywares out there, I've used them! However, think about how much your cherished pc cost, then think how little the price for a years peace of mind is for one of these programmes.

Start ur pc in safe mode (by pressing F8 key while booting) n then do a scan using any good anti-spyware followed by deletion of the affected files.
