I cant find a good job for my course?

Actually im seeking for jobs right now, and I am an Information Technology graduate here in the Davao City Philippines and theres like 3 IT centers here in our place, when I tried to apply on some of those companies, the slots are full and I just cant get in there and start my training, thats why I ended up applying on a call center as a call center agent.. right now im waiting for a call if they should hire me or not, is this right thing to do right now? cause it is so difficult to go abroad these days and hiring on other countries like Europe especially for my course is so demanding, do i need to wait for the call center thing? any real help?

You probobly going to have to move to an area that has more tech jobs, it's a tough major for you when the amount of bleeding edge tech jobs are scarce.
