I cant find a job but i'm good at poker. what should i do with my life?

i only make about 10k / year (average yearly income over the last 30 months) with poker, which is uncomfortable. maybe i will make more in the future, but maybe this is as good as i can do? i want to be a doctor, but i've applied to medical school 3 times, and cannot get accepted.

Surely there is a career somewhere in between these two extremes that would interest you.  You have a college degree?  What is it in?

Do you have any sales aptitude?  Perhaps medical equipment would be a field for you.

Then perhaps a nursing program or nurse practitioner program would be better for you.  You would still be able to be in the medical profession and would make enough money to support yourself.

well, poker and medicine are two completly different fields of interest.

and playing poker as a career is not a steady job, becuase what if you dont win? how will you support urself?

Medical school is very hard to get in.

If helping people in the medical feild is what you like, why dont you become a nurse? If not that, there are hundreds of diffent jobs in health care.

I suggest you get  a steady job that you enjoy.

Playing poke is not a job but just a hobby.  The right choice for you is to find a real job which could afford your whole life...

Nurses are needed everywhere!  It may get your foot in the door at a medical school.  Best of luck!
