go to http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downlo... ,select your system operating , click download , go out cable for your printer , run this driver , connect cable for your printer ,now pc recognize that printer and ready to use , ctrl+P -print test page . if you need a lexmark toolbar (for more option-black and white -sepia ...) go to http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentia... ,select yor language , click download (down of page ) that it's all you need (cd 1 +cd 2) .good luck !
