  1. oh=I had this same problem!

    where you see the new tabbed browsing--all the way on the right hand side of the screen is the 'tools' menu-go there and click the 'menu bar'-that brings  back a bar with the IE 6 style of faves, etc--and it has every fave you had saved in IE6
