I cant find my recipt for my camera. but i have the warranty. will the warrenty still work without the recipt?

if the warranty is dated with the time of purchase, you should be fine.  otherwise, it won't work.

Yes, call the company that makes the camera, not the store you got it from.. The number should be with the warrenty info.
