I cant get back on track. Please help?

Anorexic.

Was over 13 stone at 14.

Am now 8 stone 3lbs

Am 5ft4

Cant get back on track.

Ideal Weight= 7 stone.

Want to get there asap.

Please help!

  1. You can get there asap.

    But, if you want to stay there then you need to be eating healthy.

    You need to learn how to eat better. A lot of it is in the way you think about food. The other part is applying it. and finally excersize.

    But, a good way to start loosing while you are reading these books, could be a meal replacement shake for breakfast, and one for lunch ,with a healthy dinner for 2-3 days. Never skip breakfast, it slows your metabolism


  2. I've have had the same troubles and have just recently reached my ideal weight (8st). I did this by going to my doctor and working out a diet regime with him and having regular check ups, i promise you-this works, if you are really dedicated to this like i was, then it will work for you too.   3. If you are 8 stone at 5ft 4, then you are slightly underweight anyway.  You don't need to lose anymore weight and don't listen to the people the people that are giving you tips.  As long as you eat healthily and exercise you will be fine.

    You don't need to get back on track, you are already on the track. If you lose anymore weight you might make yourself ill.
