I cant get dvds onto my samsung yp-p2j

everytime i try it says folders among selected items cant not be transfered

    a dvd to wmp converter.

    i assume wmp is the format it takes considering it takes up a third of the space that .mpeg4s do, thats why apples the only that uses it,(that and they made it)
