I cant get into my email, messenger, when i try to reset the password,t wont except my answers. Anyone else?

I tried to sign in and it kept coming up with new user and invalid password. So it let me reset the password. then wouldnt accept the new one. So now it wont let me reset. keeps telling me that i need to use correct info on my account. What the heck do you do now??????? I have no way to access my mail , messenger...

I thought it was messenger too.  Same problem.  But, when I signed on under my different screen name messenger came up.  Unfortunately, none of my friends are under that name?  Is it just a 360 problem?  It started as soon as I signed up.  Now I just wish I could cancel the whole mess.

This is happening to thousands of people all over the past few days, Yahoo is fixing the servers, it`ll be ok in a few hrs, mine took about 3 hours to come back on, just try and get your password right and give it time

I had the same problem.  Yahoo was no help, you keep getting automated responses that take you back to the reset password questions, which don't work.

I figure I got hacked, and the hacker changed my password and at the same time changed the reset questions.

I finally gave up and made a new account.

sometimes it does that. i usually just let the internet sit a bit and go back in a few hours..

Yahoo has a specialist feature if by chance you cant log in or cant change the pass code,,the system locks the account for 24 hours,,in some cases it is possible someone else tried to access your account and yahoo was smart to lock it down for your safety

Try going to webmessenger for msn ( http://webmessenger.msn.com/ )and type in your user name and password there, if it doesnt let you then there is a problem with your account and you can contact tech support, if you haven't used your Hotmail or MSN e-mail address for a long time, it may be deactivated.

But if you have no problems logging in at that website then there's a problem with the pc. The same thing happened to me and it turned out that it was so simple - my daughter had changed the date on my computer clock and messenger wouldn't log on because my antivirus thought it was out of date.

Also make sure your capslock isnt on - passwords are case sensitive. Or you haven't used your Hotmail or MSN e-mail address for a long time, it may be deactivated.

Also another problem could be that you need to make sure that you have configured your browser to allow cookies (A small text file, created by a website, that stores information on your computer. For example, your preferences when visiting those sites.) .Go to your internet browser to 'tools' then 'options' and check it there.

Sorry, just realised you may be after Yahoo messenger and not msn, but follow the same steps anyway for yahoo, im sure some of them are similar.

i had this  problem last day.but today it is ok
