I cant get my 360 page to show photos from my flicker site,why?

I've up loaded pictures from my yahoo photos when told by site that it would be closing photo section in yahoo.

Because that option never worked.. they set it up but it just has never connected with the two sites working together.. I know that in some countries it works.. but not in the majority of the yahoo sites around the world.
