  1. I make my daughter (almost 4) a frozen fruit icee . buy some frozen fruit and pop it in the blender add some juice and blend its yummy and healthy. Bananas are good . you can also use fresh fruit just add some ice

  2. My three year old stops eating when constipated. If this is not the issue, maybe your girl just isn’t in the mood. Don’t worry. Either case what I’ve found works real well is to make a smoothie/shake. Use some orange juice, bananas, blue berries, yogurt, some rice (or other) protein powder and maybe even some bits of papayas or mangos. Make if fun. Blend it up letting her throw some of the stuff in. even some ice to make it exciting and share it with her.

On the down low – sometimes I sneak a little carrot or celery juice in there. You may not want to let her see that part. As long as it comes out a cool purple color my boy loves it.

  3. You  could make her a healthy smoothie from milk, yogurt and fresh fruit. Put it in a cup with a straw and hopefully she'll eat it. Also, try anything she likes, as long as it's healthy. Even if it's one food, like strawberries. Sometimes when my 2 year old won't eat I'll tell him I'm making him a treat. I'll chop up some bananas, strawberries and cover them with some milk. I know she's 4, but maybe it'll work. Just don't make a huge deal about it. Any positive/negative reaction from you will probably just reinforce the behaviour.

  4. Have her drink a small cup of water. If she keeps that down give her a little chicken broth. If she eats that, give her toast, or rice, if she'll eat it. Keep progressing up to larger portions and more complex food items over time. Give her a break between foods. If her stomach hurts, she's so hungry, it could take some getting used to having food inside it. If she does get sick, I'd take her temperature. If she's got a fever, get her to the doctor. If not, call your pediatrician for advice and different medicines she can take.
