I need step by step instruction on how you sync music to MP3 players.
I upgraded to win amp pro, converted all music MPEG Layer 3 Audio File. That means MP3 file, right? After I send music to portables USB Drive K that is when my Mp3 player is hooked up to my computer. After I transfer I sync to Mp3 player with no problems. The music is now on my Mp3 player. I unplug it and try to access my songs, and they are not there in writing. It will cost me 87 dollars to ship these players back to you. What is wrong?
