I have been wearing my clear ones for the past 2 days for this reason.

Everytime I try to take it out, it like won't come out.

Any ideas on how to take it out

  1. run your fingers under cold water and try it

  2. re wet it with drops, and just take it out like yuo normally do,  try moving the contact around, its just dryed out to your eye thats all

  3. It really helps to have an eye cup to wash it out or a small suction cup like the eye doctors use to take them out.  Is it where it is supposed to be or has it wandered off under a lid?  Normally, you can push one around with your finger tip through the lid and spread the lid, so you can push it out in to the open space and pull the lids to pop the lens off.  I liked to use a mirror on the bed with a light overhead reflecting into my face so I could use both hands to maneuver and have the whole bed to catch the lens when it popped.

  4. Just pick it out. With you thumb and 2nd finger. And don't forget to make sure that your hands are clean. Your problem might be that your contact isn't even in your eye.

    Thanks for the two points.

  5. Make sure your eye is moist.  Use some rewetting drops or just some solution if you don't have any drops.  Also wet the two fingers you use to pinch the contact out, but keep the rest of your hands dry.  If it's still not moving, I try to move it with my eye closed.  Just slide your finger across your eyelid gently but with a little force and try to move the contact to the side of your eye.  This will help your eye not get too irritated, too.  If it does move, when you open your eye it will either be in the corner of your eye and you can pinch it off or it will be easier to move it with your lids open.  It is good that you move it to the side before trying to take it out.  Don't try to pinch it off the front of your eye; you can scratch your cornea.  If you still can't get it out in another day, I would head to the optometrist.  Your eye is dry and having a contact stuck to it can cause damage.  Good luck!

  6. pinch it with your pointer finger and your thumb softly and it should come out
