Question:

I cant get my legs in this position for front walkover(pics)

are there any exercises or stretches i could do to look like this. i can do a roundoff, handstand, cartwheel so i can get my legs up there.

  1. If what you are talking about is the split position then you need to work on your splits. The flatter they are on the ground the flatter they'll be in th air. Try low lunges, going far enough down that you feel a stretch and hold it. You should hold all of your stretches for at least 30 seconds. Also, sitting with your legs straight in front of you and reaching for your toes will stretch your hamstrings. Then put your legs in a straddle and reach in the middle. If you want anymore stretches you can look at my several other answers for split stretches.
