I cant get over my ex?

Question

i cant get over my ex . we went out for 7 months and we than broke up i love her still and i dont know wat to do

shes with some other guy and her birthday was just yesterday and i didnt say anything to her

we dont talk or anything

but i think she still has at least a little bit of feelings for me

what should i do??

or if you know that she still loves you then you should tell her that you want her back and show her how much you love her.

if you don't feel like that's right, then you should also try to see someone else, to get your mind off of her.

Yes i do think she has feelings for you. But they arent love. Most likely she feels sorry for you and the breakup but not sorry she has a new bf. I know its hard but you've got to make the effort and move on. Spend les time around her. Dont listen to love songs. It starts with taking a deep  breath and saying. Im gonna get throug this. The worst thing you can do to yourself is search for hints that she wants you bak.

you havev to get a new girl, and maybe date 5 or more girls at one time

as long as you're focusing on new girls, you wont' remember you had a previus girl, and it's hard remembering girls names and what they like, so better take notes, so you can be on top of things
