I cant get rid of Nero 7 ?

i try to unistall it and stuff but for some reason its not letting me i wanna re install but i cant at all so any ideas of how to get rid of it

You can download Registry Crawler (trial version) for free and clear all Nero related registry entries using it. Just search for nero and delete all result entries. When this is done, delete Nero folder. (you may need to restart your PC to be able to do it). Lastly, delete Nero related icons and links on your desktop as well as "start - programs".

Try going to the Windows add/remove software app in the control panel. Search for Nero 7 in the list. Click on "Change/Remove". When you do this, the OS overrides the uninstaller and generally the software will be removed. If you have problems with that, you may need to contact Nero technical support.
