  1. I like Netrogena products, although I do like to use St Ives Apricot Scrub with Salyic Acid for blackheads and acne.  It doesn't dry your skin out like many of the other product do, and it is only $3-4.  Proactive works for lots of people, but I found it dried my skin out and made it red.  I'd use At Ives Blemish  Control and a lotion from Neutrogena, one with Benzoyl peroxide.

  2. go to the dermetologist.  You NEED to.

If your acne is severe: Ask your dermetologist about Isotretioin[Accutane]. It supposivily works great. But, it has SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many serious side effects. For example- stroke, depression, etc. It will give you a serious breakout the first two weeks- but only because it is getting out everything under your skin. One session can last about 6 months. You can NOT get pregnant while on this pill for it causes seious birth defects. This is only for very severe acne[and partcially rosacea] so if your acne is only moderate don't do it. You lips will be chapped and your nose will be so dry it will bleed.  But it works really well.  It is a pill you take twice a day with your meal.  It clears up all your acne- forever.  No more face washes or toners.  After the 6 months- its all gone.

Whatever you do- DO NOT use zeno. It is extremly expensive for a device that only cures acne slightly and does not prevent it AT ALL.

And say NO to proactiv. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYBODY! On the commercials they try to make it seem like a miracle- well NEWSFLASH its not. I def. wouldn't recommend it.

Well I hope I helped you and good luck! =]

  3. Go To The Doctors And See What They Say Or They Might Give You Tablets (That Work !!!!)

  4. I went through the same thing.  Depending on the severity of the acne (mine was really bad), I eventually went on accutane.  Even though it has a bad reputation for some of the side effects, I didn't experience any of them.  It may cost you money upfront but you won't have to waste your money in the future on all the skin products.

  5. Drink alot of water.  Its the best thing for your skin. And stay off the sweets.  Eat more fruit and veggies.  Try not to switch up products on your face it just irritates it more.

  6. Are you using a toner?

If not I'd HIGHLY suggest to use one.  They just get rid of excess dirt and I'd suggest Olay.  It did WONDERS for me.
