  1. Everyone has that.

    You can do situps but instead of lifting your head, lift your feet. Keep your body laying down on the groud and lift your legs in the air doing it up and down just like a sit up.


  2. Here's a great exercise, lay on your back and put your feet vertically up the wall in a "v" shape. Then do crunches like this. It works on you lower stomach muscles. Also, lay on your back on the floor and then bend your body into a "v" shape. Where your body is bending that's where the muscles are working. I hope this works!

  3. That's a little bulge that most belly dancers have and guys love it.  If it really really bothers you, do exercises that target lower abs.  In my opinion, you should keep it.

  4. uhleesh is right on how to loose it. But it doesn't look bad whatsoever. Most guys don't like girls TOO skinny. You have a nice body girl. Love it!
