I cant get this splinter out the bottom of my foot?

It hurts really bad & I can't get it out. I can't really see where it is, cause it's really in there. Yesterday I stepped on a little piece of wood & I got out what was above the surface but there is still a piece in my foot & its pretty deep. it hurts to walk on. I tried pinching the sides but nothing.... HELP ?!

Apply triple antibiotic ointment and a band-aid. Just keep repeating this daily until it eventually gets close enough to the surface to remove. The site will be tender and sore until splinter is removed but the antibiotic ointment should keep the risk of infection down. Monitor site for increased redness and signs of infection.....if present it is time to go to MD. I have done this remedy so many times with myself, family and friends and it always works.

You can also put a drawing suave on it if you have some or bread and milk makes a drawing suave put it on the site then a bandage. Don't wait two long if it gets worse. A doc can get it out.

if you think you can get it out than use a nail clipper

put neosporan on a bandade and put it over the wound, make sure you clean it though. if it isn't better in a few days go to the doctor.

you really need to see a doctor or go to the emergency room, wood especially wood that was on the floor can give you really life/limb threatening infections like gangrene if left in the body!
