I can't get water from my water dispenser

Question

We have a Kenmore fridge with water dispenser. The dispenser is inside the fridge (not in the door like most). Anyway, when I try to get water I can hear a motor or something trying to work. But no water is dispensed. I checked the water supply line and there is plenty of free flowing water going into the fridge. Please help as I think I am pretty handy and can't get support from the people at Sears.
