I cant install roller coaster tycoon 3 gold becouse its scartched does any one know how to get a backup?

i bought it a few moths ago but i installed it on xp once worked awsome but once unistalled it and reinstalled it but when i do it at the end is says error game could not be finished i was thinking becouse its scratched so does anyone know how to get a cd backup

if its scratched you dont  need to buy a new game, this happened to me and i went into the shop GAME and they un scratch the disk i think it only takes a few minutes as good as new
