I cant join a yugioh tournament?

i practically no everything about yugioh tournaments the only thing i dont no is how to join because i dont no any phone numbers i can call i no websites were they show the tournaments but i cant join from there at least i dont no how but i live in canada qubec and im looking for tornaments near montreal laval those are the 2 main places im looking because i go there a lot and i dont need to get anything to join because i have every thing i have money for a entrance fee i have my deck i have a side deck and i no sometimes you have to give a school or government idee but i just don't no how to join so it would be helpful if someone helped me out a bit and ever since i started playing yugioh i always wanted to join a tornament

go to yugioh sites for listing but besides that you have to sign up there as in there at the place
