I cant log into my bebo account?

I went to bebo, clicked on log in, and typed my password and username, and as after i clicked sign in, it went to another page which said: Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage.

Whats wrong? i got into my bebo this morning..but i cant now

  2. there network for some strange reason is slowing down, which makes it harder for a certain number of people to be online at the same time. Try again later.
