I cant open my CAMCORDER????

The tape egect, is stuck I have a SAMSUNG SC-D6550. Any ideas?????

  1. h**l-o camera shop I had it happen to my JVC once and I thought only thought of fixing it my self but

    thought I'd call the local Pete's photo world and ask him he told me

    there are special tools made to take care of that problem if I try and remove it myself I could

    damage one of the I think they are called caspens pins the rollers that keeps the tape  against the reader recording head
