I cant open my local disk C:!?

i have XP---

it says:

"it just says this file should not be messed w/ because it hold important files"

wat should i do?

you have people confused. someone thinks you're trying to open the disk drive in your computer,I on the other hand suspect you're trying to open

my computer,local disk drive [ C ]. if you can't,you may not have administrator level permissions. you can only access the disk drive [ C ] as an administrator

Open up the PC, pull out the drive, use a screwdriver, that should open it up fine.
