I can't open my maxtor

Question

i can't open my maxtor onetouch 4 plus hard drive so i an fix it i think some thing came a loose i can hear it but you only hear it when you turn it side ways and i need to get it fixed so i can turn it on and use it because i gat very important stuff on it and it will light up but it will not run so it can sho up on my pc
