go to help then to help central and click on no within feedback. Then write to yahoo admin team your question and you should get a result in your inbox from them. I hope that this helps you.

Yahoo’s new updates to games has caused a lot of game demo’s to be “outdated” Or damaged. Normal clearing of cache (deleting browser history/temp files) does not remove the outdated version.  Click Start,, Search click files;  type in yahoo chess. Right click on the file and remove it. That is the old version you downloaded the 1st time you played. This should fix the problem.  If not add details to that fact and I will do what i can to get you back in the game.

Have you rebooted your pc?  cleaned your cache out?
