I cant put my video on windows movie maker?

i have a camcorder thing that takes pictures and takes videos also, (its a Aiptek camcoder) but when i try to import a video on windows movie maker , it says its not a supported file type, and cannot be imorted to windows movie maker, but i dont know why.

  1. WMM only supports AVI & WMV video files. If your vedio type is not, you need convert them to..

  2. The error message says it all - the video format isn't supported.  You've got two options, either buy an editor that can handle your footage or convert it to a format supported by WMM, such as WMV.  AVS Video Editor is cheap and can edit most formats, Super is a free video converter.
