ok so i basically have the worst memory in the world as of around 2 months ago my memory got soo bad i went and got a daily planner and started making lists and stuff to remember but problem is i dont remember to even look at them or my daily planner is always lost this is getting really irritating and everyone is pissed cuz there like ugh you never remember anything where did you put my book and blah i always also forget where i put everything how can i stop this and can i get a better answer then just eat well sleep good exercise
