I cant remember if I took my depression medicine today?

what do I do?

If I don't take it my head will start hurting A LOT and I won't be normal (i will be a B**** to everyone)

do I just take it anyways?

If I have taken it, and take another pill, will I get sick or something?

Don't take another one. It depends on the medication but you could feel some Major side effects if you re-dose without knowing it. This happens to me Alot because it just feels like routine. Get yourself a daily vitamin holder or keep track of how many is in the bottle to avoid this problem in the future. Its alot safer to just possibly miss a dose, and its most likely you took it.

Ok so you should not take another, you can have bad effects from it. Always follow what your doc says. Better to be safe than sorry. It can be easy to forget your meds. A good idea is to purchase a pill box, for either the week or the month and keep it where you will see it. i do this with certain meds that I need to take every day. In any case these pill boxes have each day of the week written on it.
