I cant remember my optusnet.com.au password?

i have just gotten a new computer and i cant remember my password, I have an optusnet account [e-mail]

my previous account was set up on outlook, how do i check my emails.

PS. I still have my old computer incase it is needed

Passwords are designed to keep others out of your accounts.

If you can't remember the password, you're pretty much out of luck.
