I cant remove my NAV2007 to install the 08

Question

hi,i tried to remove the old one going to control panel and clicking remove but it gets stuck doesn't do anything.i also tried the removal software at symantec but it doesn't work.

i don't know what to do.

I would call their tech support and get them to walk you through the steps of removing the 2007 version.

Get Revo uninstaller which is better than the Add/remove programs list that comes with windows.

Click start.. my computer,,add/remove programs     search down to Nav2007 uninstall

the program should either have its own uninstall, or you could probably install the '08, and it will automatically delete the older version, like some other programs do. i.e. internet explorer.
