Vision in my affected eye could only be recovered to 5-10% after the accident in which I lost the vision. My other eye's vision is normal.

  1. With our current technology it is, unfortunately, not possible to return vision that has been lost by damage to the optic nerve.  This is because the optic nerve is central nervous system tissue and we do not now have the ability to regenerate central nervous system tissue.
